NurseNote grew from a familiar nursing problem: the facts are known, but turning hurried shorthand into a clear record still consumes time and attention. The product is independently built and is not endorsed by the NHS, NMC, CQC or a university.

It is language and structure support. You provide the facts; NurseNote returns a clearer Narrative, SBAR or SOAP draft and exposes what still requires human checking.
It is not a patient record, clinical decision-support system, medical device, diagnostic tool or replacement for local policy and professional judgement.
Real patient-identifiable information does not belong in the service. This boundary is part of the product, not small print added after the promise.
