NurseNote AI note improver
From shorthand to a clearer draft—in one controlled step.
Choose Narrative, SBAR or SOAP. NurseNote improves the language without adding clinical facts, then separates the draft from the points you still need to verify.
Improve a nursing note
Meaning-preserving writing support. It will not add clinical facts.
No note history
NurseNote does not save your source text or draft to an app history.
Two privacy gates
The browser and server both block common structured identifiers.
You stay accountable
Only you can confirm the draft is accurate and appropriate to use.
De-identify before you paste
Automated pattern checks cannot reliably detect every person, place or unusual identifier. The confirmation gate is there because privacy starts before the text leaves your hands.
Review remains mandatory
NurseNote is not an electronic patient record, medical device or clinical decision-support tool. You remain responsible for accuracy, relevance and appropriate use.
Straight answers
Before you use the tool
Can I paste a real patient note?
No. Use only fictional text or content that has been genuinely de-identified before it reaches NurseNote. Never include a name or any combination of details that could identify someone.
Does NurseNote decide what I should document?
No. It improves the wording and structure of facts you provide. It does not assess, diagnose, recommend treatment, invent missing information or replace professional judgement.
Is the result ready to paste into a patient record?
Not automatically. It is a draft that you must compare with the source, correct where necessary and use only within your employer’s approved policy and systems.
