The formative beta currently contains three fictional cases. NurseNote is validating rubric usefulness, repeat practice and agreement with human review before deciding whether a learner subscription would provide enough ongoing value.
Only after the library and progression experience are broad enough to justify it. Any future price, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

No. Results are formative rubric-coverage evidence, not a university grade, employment decision, clinical sign-off or regulatory approval.
An enquiry is free. Before any payment, NurseNote supplies a written scope covering deliverables, timing, payment schedule, VAT treatment, cancellation, data handling and case ownership.
No server-side note history is created. An unfinished draft may remain temporarily in the learner’s current browser tab for recovery, then clears after a successful assessment. Saved progress contains score and focus metadata only.
