Nursing documentation practice for preceptorship programmes

The six-week founding pilot
The £950 design-partner offer covers one cohort of up to 30 learners, all three current beta cases and one light setting adaptation. It includes kick-off, baseline and retry activity, privacy-safe cohort learning themes and a 60-minute findings review.
A wholly new clinical case, additional cohort, integration or formal assessment design is separately scoped so custom work does not quietly overwhelm the pilot.

What the pilot should decide
The useful question is not whether learners like the interface. It is whether they complete the exercise, understand the feedback, change their second attempt and whether qualified reviewers broadly agree with the rubric.
The close-out should also test educator confidence, implementation burden and willingness to continue at a sustainable price.
